This initiative is a cornerstone of our HR People Plan, designed to foster (personal) leadership acumen and reinforce talent management within our dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Our programme is structured around five core behaviours that we believe are crucial for effective leadership: Insight, Shape, Connect, Deliver, and Develop. Leaders at Cefetra are expected to possess a deep understanding of themselves and others, leveraging this insight to craft strategic plans.
