The role
As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing inventory movements, maintaining accurate ERP records, working with sourcing and sales team to plan both outbound shipments & inbound fulfilments, coordinating with warehouses and ensuring full lot traceability. You will resolve inventory discrepancies, validate warehouse invoices, support reporting activities and work closely with Operations, Quality and Logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Reports To: Operations Director
Key responsibilities
Posting 3PL warehouse BOLs/inbound receipts into ERP
Inventory reporting and resolving inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity
Coordinating with customer service & logistics for order planning
Sending warehouse releases to 3PL warehouse partners
Weekly fulfilment planning meetings with HQ
Validating warehouse invoices & fix billing discrepancies
Sending monthly warehouse pallet movement forecasts
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or supply chain (preferred).
Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
